TOMÁS BARREDA

Biomechanics Doctor and trainer

Tomás Hernández Barreda is from Tenerife. He has practiced competitive swimming and water polo until he was 18 years old, when he started coaching different swimming teams, combining these activities with work in various gyms on the island.
Currently, he trains different athletes in various disciplines, work that he combines with activities as a speaker at different talks and courses at Tenerife Top Training.
His interests include sports, travel and further education.

HÉCTOR ODA

Trainer

Héctor Oda Domínguez is from Tenerife. At the age of 23, he graduated in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He completed his training with a Master’s Degree in High Performance in Team Sports from INEF Barcelona, and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education in Physical Education from the University of La Laguna. He also completed additional training as a Personal Trainer in the field of health, Sports Performance Optimization, and Injury Rehabilitation, accumulating 4 years of experience in this field. He has worked as a fitness coach in academies such as Club Atlético de Madrid, Club Deportivo Leganés, and currently performs this function in the Juvenil A team of Club Deportivo Tenerife, which plays in the Liga División de Honor Juvenil.

IVÁN FUENTES

Trainer

Iván Fuentes Álvarez is from Tenerife. He has been involved in the world of sports since he was 5 years old, and he focused his education on that world, completing his studies in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences at the University of Alicante and complementing his education with a Master’s degree in High Performance in Sports and Health at the Miguel Hernández University in Elche.

Currently, he also actively participates with the physical education college, where he is part of the advisory group for the teaching of physical education and performs expert functions in the physical tests of the security and emergency forces of the Canary Islands.

He has accumulated more than 8 years of experience working with high-performance tennis players, as a personal trainer, readaptation specialist, sports coordinator, and physical trainer in football teams.

ALEJANDRO GONZÁLEZ MARTÍN

Trainer

Alejandro González Martín is from Tenerife. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Personal Training and Sports Rehabilitation at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. He studied a higher degree in Animation and Physical and Sports Activities at IES La Guancha, followed by a degree in Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport in the branch of High Performance Sports. He also has a master’s degree in High Competition Cycling. He is passionate about outdoor activities, having completed the Advance 35 course in scuba diving, and enjoys mountain biking.
