Christiansen

Glen Christiansen is a former Swedish swimmer who won his first Senior National Title at the age of 17 and held the Swedish Record for the next 22 years. After retiring from swimming at the age of 25, he became a coach and quickly produced several National Champions. He has since coached swimmers from around the world, including at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. He has also managed several sports clubs and developed fitness studios and wellness areas. Glen is now living his dream by organizing swim camps, giving seminars and workshops, coaching, teaching, and inspiring swimmers of all ages. He has broken over 50 World Masters records and won 15 World champion titles. As a personal trainer and mentor, he helps top athletes and managers reach their full potential.
