What is it about?

Note: This seminar is conducted exclusively in German.

The nervous system is the central control system for every movement and every decision –
and also plays a crucial role in the development and modulation of pain.
In our seminar “Fundamentals of Neuroathletics”, we show how coaches and therapists
can systematically integrate the nervous system into their work – for greater effectiveness,
immediately measurable progress, and sustainable results.

• Fundamentals of neural movement control
• Neuro self-assessments for direct evaluation of exercises
• Individualization of training and therapy based on a person’s neurological profile
• Breathing and stability work as the foundation of central nervous system control
• Understanding and specifically influencing pain
