Swimming Program in Small Groups for Youth Ages 12 to 16
These classes are designed for Spanish-speaking participants only.
Training in small groups can be an excellent option for teenagers, especially when it involves groups of 4 to 7 participants of similar level. Some of the main benefits include personalized attention, increased motivation and commitment, and accelerated progress due to working with peers of comparable skill. Additionally, this approach helps teenagers develop social skills such as communication and leadership, while creating a more fun and enjoyable environment that motivates them to maintain an active lifestyle in the long term.

Trainer and Program Coordinator

Tomás Barreda
Tomás Hernández Barreda is from Tenerife. He practiced competitive swimming and water polo until the age of 18, when he transitioned to coaching various swimming teams, combining these activities with work at several gyms on the island.
Currently, he trains athletes from various disciplines, a role he combines with activities such as speaking at different talks and courses at Tenerife Top Training.
Among his hobbies are sports practice, travel, and further education.

How to join?
If you are a resident of Tenerife, you can begin with a free trial class with no commitment. To do so, simply fill out the form below, and we will contact you to schedule a time for you to come. If you are not a resident, we offer a special discounted rate for the first class. After the trial, you can decide if you want to continue and also choose the number of classes you would like to attend. Payment is not a monthly fee, but rather a pass for the number of classes you can use over 3 months. This gives you total flexibility to choose if you want one class per week, three classes per week, or more, or even one.
