Training for young athletes in small groups

What is it and how does it work?

Welcome to a unique training experience, where personalized attention meets the power of community. At our gym and pool, we specialize in small group training sessions, designed for a maximum of 6–7 people (depending on the modality). This approach ensures the perfect balance between personalized training and shared motivation, helping you reach your goals efficiently while enjoying the process.

Why choose small group training?

Personalized attention
Share the session with a small group (max. 6-7 people) and receive expert guidance tailored to your needs. These classes are part of continuous training and can complement other workouts.

Motivation and commitment
A dynamic environment that drives improvement, camaraderie, and focus with professional guidance.

Collective energy
Move forward with a group that shares similar goals.

Variety and flexibility
Water training, strength, and cardio for a constantly stimulating experience.

Affordable quality
Enjoy guided training without the high cost of private sessions.

How does it work?

Initial Evaluation: We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your goals, fitness level, and general condition. This allows us to create a plan that perfectly fits your needs.

Class Routine: During each session, all participants follow a structured routine. However, the trainer adapts the exercises based on each member’s abilities, goals, and sport.

Tracking and Adjustments: The trainer monitors your progress, provides continuous feedback, and adjusts your routine to ensure sustained progress aligned with your goals.

What do we offer?

Assistance from Licensed Professionals: Our qualified trainers guide you through each scheduled session, ensuring safe and effective training.

Training Load Control: We carefully monitor the training loads to avoid overtraining and other related complications.

Flexible Schedules: We offer various time slots to accommodate your availability and needs.

Small group training offers different modalities: gym and swimming. You can switch the type of training as long as there is availability and you meet the requirements. The maximum number of people per group is 6 or 7 (depending on the modality) to ensure the best possible service.

Modalities

Strength Training

(12-16 YEARS)

ACTIVE

The semi-personalized training combines individual attention with the dynamics of the group, so that each person benefits from a program tailored to their goals. The sessions take place in small groups, allowing the trainer to share their attention with all group members.

Where will it take place?

This type of training will take place at Gym I, although changes may occur depending on its availability.

Swimming Training for Teenagers

(12-16 YEARS)

Small group training can be an excellent option for teenagers, especially when it involves groups of 4 to 7 participants of similar level. Some of the main benefits include personalized attention, greater motivation and commitment, and accelerated progress thanks to working with peers of comparable skill.

Where will it take place?

The training will take place in the 25m or 50m Olympic pool, depending on availability.
