Training for young athletes in small groups
What is it and how does it work?
Why choose small group training?
Personalized attention
Share the session with a small group (max. 6-7 people) and receive expert guidance tailored to your needs. These classes are part of continuous training and can complement other workouts.
Motivation and commitment
A dynamic environment that drives improvement, camaraderie, and focus with professional guidance.
Collective energy
Move forward with a group that shares similar goals.
Variety and flexibility
Water training, strength, and cardio for a constantly stimulating experience.
Affordable quality
Enjoy guided training without the high cost of private sessions.
How does it work?
Class Routine: During each session, all participants follow a structured routine. However, the trainer adapts the exercises based on each member’s abilities, goals, and sport.
Tracking and Adjustments: The trainer monitors your progress, provides continuous feedback, and adjusts your routine to ensure sustained progress aligned with your goals.
What do we offer?
Training Load Control: We carefully monitor the training loads to avoid overtraining and other related complications.
Flexible Schedules: We offer various time slots to accommodate your availability and needs.
Small group training offers different modalities: gym and swimming. You can switch the type of training as long as there is availability and you meet the requirements. The maximum number of people per group is 6 or 7 (depending on the modality) to ensure the best possible service.
